Took so long to respond (almost 4 weeks) that if I were having suicidal thoughts I wouldn't be here! Luckily I managed to get some councillung elsewhere.

Outstanding treatment from all the staff on ward S11 so professional nothing to much trouble and so friendly and accommodating a credit to the NHS
