You get appointment which was supposed to be a face to face with doctor then you get message saying it's a telephone call instead and then the patient get the blame for not turning up to appointment reception staff when answering phones are rude and they rush you aswell if I could change drs I would wort drs I ever been registered with

Was absolutely appalled with the forthright, and aggressive nature experienced from my doctors visit today. I understand that the NHS is under a great deal of pressure at the moment, however non the less it does not permit doctors to show a lack of empathy and understanding and treat you like part of a conveyor belt with a clock ticking by to ensure you dont and god forbid take longer than your preallocated 10 minute slot!

Trying to get a doctor is a miracle. That even if you can get them on the phone which is also a miracle
