Terrible customer service.Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible,even your own bank.You're put on hold all the time for long periods of time.Poor serice.

All the staff are always very friendly, and helpful. The lady from B.Auckland (Paula I think) has come to my rescue many times. Thank you all. Definitely a 5 star +

Staff in the branch are miserable and not helpful at all. Put a company suit on some people and it goes to their heads.
