        Terrible customer service.Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible,even your own bank.You're put on hold all the time for long periods of time.Poor serice.

        I would like to say how very helpful Lisa was today at the Darlington branch today. She was really lovely and explained everything to us. When we couldn't login to my banking app she very kindly pushed it through it through for us manually. Alot nicer than the durham branch who was rude and abrupt when we went in a couple of weeks ago. Thank you Lisa

        I have now transfered to another bank after being with virgin money for years. Before they amalgalated and moved i was quite happy with them but there doesn't seem to be many of the virgin staff there now. I mean how many people carry a passport around with them!!!!.I kept getting asked for I.D when i wanted cash over the counter. I know they habe to have security measures but for myself enough was enough.
