I'm really shocked at their couldn't care less attitude and very poor service levels (Kenpas Highway, Coventry branch). They used to be really good.

They provide a variety of services. Would recommend pre booking where possible. Parking can be an issue. Be prepared to circle around during busy times to find a place. ... more

Not very well stocked, hardly have any prescribed medication in stock. Boots is better next door.

Service has worsened over the last 6 or so months. Have had to chase up medical prescriptions on numerous occasions.

Why tf do they just close whenever they feel like it? Trying to get my MH meds for 2 days, closed well before their closing time stated on here

Take ages to prescribe medication. If you want to call them, good luck! They don't understand how phones work.

Worst chemist I've had to deal with by a country mile.
