Great gym, lots of equipment even when busy. Women's area is perfect when you want to hide away :)

I joined Energie about two months ago, and joining was one of the best things I have done. It is such a friendly gym, the staff are amazing and so welcoming!

Varied Workouts & Plenty of Sessions, always available. Good mix of Instructors.

Have been coming to this gym for a year now. It's a great community and they have made it much easier for me to make the time and prioritise my health.

This really is an excellent gym. Would happily recommend to anyone who wants to achieve amazing results in a fun, friendly and encouraging atmosphere.
