I joined Energie about two months ago, and joining was one of the best things I have done. It is such a friendly gym, the staff are amazing and so welcoming!

I have been going to this gym for a little over 6 months and the staff make it! All Rickie's classes are amazing! and I am also getting PT from Eden who has helped me double my strength in such a short time period and her knowledge and expertise is helping me immensely. :-)

I have been going to this gym for about five months now and I am over the moon with it. All the staff are very friendly and it is never too busy no matter what time you go in. You definitely feel like youre part of the gym rather than a number on the database. I would highly recommend anyone to have a look.

I joined this gym a couple of months ago and its the first gym Ive ever been to, so I was really nervous! Im so glad this is the gym I chose! I was assigned a PT and joined on the Wow plan which included 3 x 121 training sessions, which I found extremely useful for learning the equipment. My PT helped me feel at home, offering lots of good advice and all the staff there are very friendly. Its normally not that crowded, especially if you go at the weekend / really late, but even at busier times Ive been able to get to the right equipment. The gym is kept clean, has showers, toilets, lockers and runs classes regularly. Id definitely recommend giving this gym a try!
