Cheap membership prices considering what's included. Reception staff could be abit nicer. Gym is great. Swimming pool changing rooms could do with a spruce up.

Trampoline and toning class combines cardio and repetitive weight toning exercises. Tracey is supportive and motivational. Super friendly and inviting class.

Love this gym, the atmosphere is just great. Plenty machines, especially for leg workouts
