Long wait to be seen by staff. Staff member was very helpful

I think it was a couple of years ago almost, but the manager and staff were very helpful to a close relative now sadly deceased.

I've found the staff very helpful and perlite and when i have had a problem thay have sorted it out for me on the same day.
