I think it was a couple of years ago almost, but the manager and staff were very helpful to a close relative now sadly deceased.

Booked appointment for mortgage advisor, turned up to be told they have no confirmation of my booking. Mortgage advisor promised to call me back later that day or at worst the next morning. Got a voicemail 4 days later to promise to call me back again next day, guess what, still waiting 3 days later. Phoned customer services, 45 mins later, no appointments till mid September, not the response or timescale I was expecting for simple mortgage advice. Sadly feel let down. Thought better of Lloyds after 20 years of banking.

Staff are always very helpful and nothing ever seems like too much trouble.

I had to go into branch this week to change the name on my bank account. I was immediately met by a friendly gentlemen who asked me to take a seat and then immediately found a member of staff to help me and after a short wait, I was seen too by an extremely friendly female member of staff who made the changes for me. I was in an out within ten minutes and could not have been more pleased with the service. Its so wonderful to be able to just walk into branch and get something sorted with friendly staff!
