Very friendly and helpful. I've been with TSB for 5 years now and I can't speak highly enough of them.

I had an account with Halifax for years. But every time I wants to get some small coins they always says run out of it. Just feels so weird!

Call times in excess of 15minutes, pathetic

I have had issues with the Barclays phone app for over a year with both the Staff and help line telling me they were unable to help. Today, 2 staff, not sure of their nam ... more

Do quite a bit on line,but usually go in about once or twice a month and all the staff are excellent and willing to help wherever they can. Can't fault them.
