Went into the branch today, wanted to pay in cash and was told to use the deposit machine. I didn't want to do this as I had trouble before and the machine jammed up. I was advised again to use the machine. guess what it jammed up !! my money and card were returned to me and I was told to go to the desk and pay in, just as I had originally asked. To my dis-belief once counted I was told it was 100 short and the money must be in the machine. a search of the machine then happened and I was told the money wasn't there. To add insult to injury the guy behind me in the queue had the same issue and he was 20 short. I am now left with no explanation as to where my money is, no recourse I simply have to accept it ! the same for the other guy. please don't use these machines I am left thinking this is a scam by the bank and I have now been ripped off for 100. I have banked with Lloyds for over 30 years but not anymore. WELL DONE LLOYDS
