Unhelpful staff

Great place for frozen food

Missing order, didn't turn up. Ignorant member of staff on phone. Order still in shop 2 hours later.

Ideal for returning Amazon goods.

Decent size with friendly staff

Hardly any books asked the lady at the counter for two new releases but didn't have either. Only one person serving customers and she was run off her feet. Sigh
