Didn't like the way staff made a gentleman feel when he was having card payment issues. He clearly didn't understand, and staff showed no compassion and willingness to help. I ended up paying for the man's food and received a dirty, almost judging look from the staff whilst doing so.
I hope someone would do the same for my elderly mother if she was having difficulties.
Extremely disappointed as usually receive good customer service whilst in store.
