I enjoy my Tai Chi classes so much. I learn something new each week, the group are lovely and I always leave feeling calm and relaxed.

Having tried a few boxing/MMA places, I can honestly say that K-Star is the best. Tom is a great instructor.

So friendly, happy staff, clean, lovely hot choc. Organised. Totaly recommend this club. Good selection of drinks. Will go again :-)
