        Have been attending Tai Chi classes with Steve for three years. During the pandemic classes have been via zoom which has been amazing. You get to meet friends, have a chat and last but not least do Tai Chi, Very worthwhile.

        A really welcoming and fun tai chi class, very well informed and considerate instructors and a lovely atmosphere to the class, a perfect mix of enjoyment and learning. Left feeling about ten years younger!

        Tai Chi is an excellent way to exercise without putting stress on your body. The classes are all friendly and welcoming. Steve is an excellent teacher giving you step by step instruction. Come along to a class near you and see for yourself.
