Beautiful place for your pets cremation. Jen & Kieran were very comforting with us and made us feel very at ease in leaving our pet with them. They also did everything they could to ensure we had our hedwig back with us as soon as they could, will always be very grateful for them

Kieran & Jen Thank you from the bottom of our heart for looking after our beloved dog Lili. The compassion you shown meant everything to us both at this sad time. We didn't want to part with our beautiful girl & you didn't rush us, we spent time saying goodbye which was so important in the grieving process. We chose a wooden heart shaped urn & had paw prints & hair taken which we'll treasure forever. God bless you both Lisa & Leo

I cannot thank you both enough for the attention and compassion you showed on the loss of my Dudley, (my cockatiel who was 16yrs).you treated me and him as if we were family, it made the loss so much more than just him passing, it will stay with me forever. You are wonderful people. } {

What a lovely family/company to deal with. Absolutely amazing with our Marley. Hands down the hardest thing we have ever gone through having to put our handsome Bichon frise to sleep and not really knowing where to go or what to do after it all Bluebell wood were there for us. They fitted us in despite how busy they were. Kieran was so warm and professional and explained the services they provided and really gave us a safe feeling being a pet owner himself he knew the pain and how important it is that this kind of thing was done properly. Not only that, our boy was home with us next day in a lovely bespoke oak casket, lovely paw prints on paper as a personal touch and an amazing glass rustic vile with a lock of Marleys hair which was amazing and so personalised, such a lovely touch .On behalf of my mother Tracy, stepdad Lorenzo, sister Kelly and my partner Anastasia we thank you all. What a lush business you have I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who unfortunately has to go through this pain. You guys are amazing. Jord
