        I went for a chat to see, if it was for me first and was a warm, friendly welcome and intro, was told to pop along and try it. Well I tried it tonight and nearly threw up. But I came home and signed up for more. The people are really friendly, was given advice and help all along the way through. So here is to a healthy fitter body. Thanks to ISO Fitness.
