Absolutely amazing job. I needed the chimney swept and as Id recently moved in to my house I thought it best to get the stove serviced. Im so glad I did as Julian completely stripped it down and cleaned it up looking almost like new. It obviously hadnt been serviced properly in years as some bits were seized but he tried a few things and managed to take it apart to get the service done thoroughly. Ive never had a log burner before and he was happy to take time to give me loads of advice and how to get the best out of my burner. He was recommended to me and Ill be recommending him to others. I called Julian to help me with my log burner, it was smoking back into the living room. Weather had just turned, I had no other way of heating my cottage. He promptly responded. On arrival he put down on my cream carpets, Immaculate white sheets, shoe protection worn, Stripped my stove down, serviced it, cleaned the glass and chimney, clearing out what my previous sweep had missed, smoke tested to ensure all was well. Before he left, he lit the log burner, and showed me what temperature I needed to get optimal heat and prevent further build up. Realy impressed with his knowledge, attention to detail and so prompt in returning my call and attending so quickly. Very professional, Highly recommended. Thank you Julian.
