MPS Crane Operators

I work for MPS about 5 years and can frankly say they are a good agency. Office staff as well as assessors are professionals always friendly giving you right advice and the best suitable job for your skills. They are always supportive concerning safety of work and take your side when you point of view on lifting safety differs from someone who wants you to push the envelope too far. At least you can be send away to another site but it is not MPS decision. Their client who may not want to cooperate with you is a main player. If this happens office staff do their best to find you decent job in the shortest time possible. As a matter of fact during all this years I was idle (maybe partly due to my faults) would say no more than two weeks altogether. Working for an agency from my point of view is a kind of freedom because you arent tied to one construction company. You can stand your ground convinced of your rights not worrying too much what consequences it may induce. Crane drivers job is the one you occasionally need to be stubborn for the sake of safety. This is you who feel machine and the wind as nobody else. MPS has huge resources of crane drivers so you have peace of mind when planning holidays. When something unexpected happens like family event and you suddenly have to take a couple of days off they will take care of you and provide cover driver. Highly recommend.

More than ten years ago i started as a banksman with MPS. After some time they offered me a tower crane to drive. Along the years i gained experience and been offered bigger and heavier tower cranes. Till this time i am very happy to continuosly have this great job with MPS. Abolutly fantastic team to work with! Frielndly people at the office and very knowledgable asessors always keen to give right advice if needed. Never been out of a job for longer time. I Can recommend MPS as a top Agancy to work for.

I have worked for MPS ever since I acquired my crane ticket back in 2007 and am still working with them today. Over the years I have driven a wide variety of tower cranes and on the odd occasion I have worked as a slinger/signaller. This has allowed me to garner a great deal of experience in the trade. They always have work available for me and the office staff are friendly and are willing to help if needs be. If you are an operator or slinger/signaller looking for work I would highly recommend!

I have been working with Mps since September 2018 but was with them a few years ago aswell they are a very good agency to work for and have always helped me out with work.Cheers to all at Mps
