First time I have used Euro Performance for a particularly difficult electrical issue affecting the headlight on my Mercedes. Communication throughout was first class via video clips showing what was found during investigation. I would definitely recommend as an alternative to main dealer. The guys and Jodie did a wonderful job of providing quality maintenance service on my mercedes. The whole process from setting an appointment to getting the job was wonderfully communicated and everything that needed done was informed with a video review. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them. I had to edit the review just to highlight the way Jodie and guys went out of the away to accommodate me with a small problem. It would be impossible to beat the customer service standard set by them
