        I got sent to pick a machine up on Friday, and ended up not loading until Saturday morning, bit of a mix up and I ended feeling absolutely rotten as I was supposed to be back home early on Saturday as it was my little boys birthday and I wasnt there for it, the guys from the stores and office (Paul) were absolutely amazing, made sure I had everything for my overnight stay in my truck, coffee etc next morning too, in general it softened the blow of not being at home in Kent with my little ones....thanks guys (you know who you are )
