Peters presence was exceptional, outstanding customer service. Extremely polite, attentive and very helpful. I request BA to provide some kind of incentive to Peter, he is an example of excellent customer service. I believe Peter should receive an incentive because he certainly deserves it.         British Airways provides good service and the planes are brand new. The leg room is little cramped for people around 6 foot tall. The food served was moderate quality. The tickets are way cheaper than other airlines when flying to or from Ireland.
