Canllefaes Ganol Cottages

What a lovely break - thanks to the great hosts. Super wi-fi for the kids too ;) Games room was a bonus (and the NES in our lounge!) We had a super time exploring the dog-friendly nearby beaches, with the weather holding out for us. Such a peaceful location but plenty to do - would stay again. Thanks all - Steve, Sarah and kids (plus dog)

What a fantastic haven of lovely holiday cottages. The cottages are spotless, clean and just really cosy. They are set in beautiful surroundings with local amenities. Claire and Jamie who maintain and run them are so friendly and helpful. We've been there about 4 times now and will definitely be going back without a shadow of doubt.

The cottage clean and fully accessible with excellent facilities and great hot tub and pool on site. Great hosts that look after their guests and the site is full of flowers and lovely countryside views. Great area for walking the Welsh coast path and viewing the dolphins at Mwnt who made a delightful appearance during our visit.

We spent Easter week at Canllefaes in the Ty Coed cottage and what a fab time we had - despite the weather not being great. The cottage itself is part of a small, peaceful, immaculate holiday park where each visitor has their own space, parking, garden, eating area and in our case, private hot tub but with shared facilities like a play area and enclosed dog field so there is the opportunity to mix with others should you wish. The cottage had everything we needed to be able to relax, cook, watch TV, room for our travel dog cage and was so comfortable. The facilities on the site are so well thought out, the new games room is spectacular for older kids especially, the laundry has everything you need and is chargeable per wash, the dog field was really useful, the log shed for those who want to use their cottage wood burner... and location wise, waking up to views of the cows in the adjacent fields with glorious countryside all around was unbeatable! From Canllefaes, we discovered the beaches at Mwnt, Aberporth, Cardigan, Tresaith, Poppit Sands all of which are around 15 mins easy drive away... we also took a longer trip to New Quay for a dolphin spotting boat ride and again, that was only half hour drive. All in all, highly recommend to all!
