Chan's Fish and Chips

In the area on holiday and thought wed try here, the food is really nice (we had Chinese), this is a very decent takeaway and the chunks of chicken in the curry/chow mein we had were very big and tasty, the noodles in the chow mein were a bit too thin and small but the dish was still okay, the crispy shredded beef and chicken balls, and all the other dishes we had were of very high quality though, the food here is very well priced, I had to double check because the cost seemed so low, maybe were just used to higher prices where were from (this place is also cash only, so have some ready, there is a cash machine nearby)

Visited here on holiday. Food was good and the portions were fairly large, could have done with some sweet and sour sauce though for the spring rolls

Most of the food went in the bin, chips were undercooked and greasy the grease being rancid as it was on the turn. Chinese was bland poorly presented and noodles overcooked. Service was terrible few people were managing to get served in a chaotic place. Won't ever visit again and I'd guess if there were another chippy in the village no one else would either!
