I recently found my hair was thinning (age 32). I looked at numerous options including a very costly hair transplant but due to the financial implications and risk of not working, I decided to contact James. Upon initial contact James was friendly, informative and certainly took pride in giving the correct advice. After a detailed consultation, we booked in the procedure. WELL... this procedure has been life changing!!! I cannot recommend it enough. I have since referred people too James and their results have also been fantastic. I spoke with James in the Chester clinic for months prior to my appointment as I was nervous about going through the Micropigmentaion and James put me at ease every time and was more than happy to respond day or night. I have now completed my treatment bar one more session and I cannot stress how truly life changing this is, 100% best thing I have ever done and for sure I will be recommending James to friends and family for sure, I was so happy with the service I set up this account specifically just to leave a review.
