        I am purchasing a property and the legal team informed me of japanese knotweed within the grounds and advised I seek advice. I made a few calls, that were not too helpful before I contacted Dan. He suggested he could read through the paperwork I had been given about how the knotweed eradication was being dealt with to give a view. Not only did he do this but he went above and beyond by checking out the company dealing with this to ensure they had the correct credentials and insurance etc. He totally put my mind at rest giving his view that the work was being carried out in a proper manner. Dan is a really genuine and thorough guy and I would thoroughly recommend him. A huge THANKS to you Dan.
