Very rude staff, Chloe has a real bad attitude, if she doesnt want to work there, just leave , clearly no manners or customer service skills , asked to charge the bread as it was squashed from one end, as soon as I said that , it was like I had committed a crime, my kids witnessed this and also commented what a bad attitude, there only 10 and 6 , Will never return , franchisee needs to sort the staff out , giving subway a bad name

Visited here with my 2 kids for lunch my daughter wanted a cookie as part of the meal deal but when the girl opened the plastic drawer with all the cakes, cookies and doughnuts in lots of small black flies flew out so I pointed this out and my daughter didnt want a cookie the girl serving put it back and closed the drawer ready to serve to others !! Gross!

I came here with my sister today. She was having a bad day and wanted a subway. The person who served her was incredibly rude and should not be in a customer facing job. They werent wearing a name badge otherwise I would name and shame. They were a young person with dark brown/black hair, piercings and a tattoo on their forearm. My sisters Subway app told her she had over 500 points and could get a 6-inch sub. She already gets anxious ordering food, especially when relying on an app for payment. When she scanned her phone to pay, the staff member brutally announces it had declined and that she only had 100 points. This really shook up my sister and I was so astonished at how rude the person was to my sister. I wish we had left at that point due to this persons lack of basic manners but ended up getting my sisters sub anyway. My sister visited yesterday to get lunch for her colleague and told me that it was the same person working and that they were incredibly rude to the people before her and if she wasnt getting lunch for her colleague she would have left. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will be telling everyone I know how horrid this person is.
