Arrived at the allocated time and we were greated with a smile. We were taken straight over to our table by another friendly member of staff and it was explained that we could either order on the app or go up to the bar. The pub was very busy as it was Wrexham fc victory parade. Everybody was in high spirits inside and outside the pub. We decided to order at the bar as I'm a support worker and the young man I look after only had cash. We were promptly served at the bar despite it being busy. Our food arrived within 15 mins which was very fast. The food was very nice, it was hot and went down a treat. We have visited the plas coch a few times now and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work

Lovely, friendly staff, attentive but not intrusive. Ordered two different meals which arrived piping hot together. Lovely tasty meals. Would recommend.
