I had a great experience with Town & County Property Auctions. Paul and the team were really helpful in guiding me through the auction process, they were informative with regards to the property during viewings and very professional throughout. This was the first time I had purchased via an auction and was very grateful to Paul and Lloyd for all of their amazing guidance and support in securing the property I really wanted. Thank you . I would highly recommend them and happily use again.

Looks like they can do good service only if you are british, first time I spoke to them kind lady on phone informed me she will give me a ring back, which never happened, then hanged me up when I rang them again! I was polite and that what she paid back. Keep this up! Good luck

I went to Town and Country Auctions to sell our family home. I was reluctant to go to Auction as thought I would not achieve the value necessary. I had no need to worry. The representative gave a valuation which I was content with and said it would make a quick sale with the Auction in two weeks time. It went to Auction and achieved exactly what they said. Not only this but with NO seller fees at all. All communication with Town and Country was easy and personal with a professional response in quick time.
