Seems like pulling teeth to get these people to give a straight answer to 'Is your engineer familiar with my model of printer'. Their deal is simple - you agree to make a 90 up-front visit fee, (plus whatever else they say it will cost) with no assurance that the engineer has ever seen your printer or its fault before, or whether they can fix it. And if they have to come back with a part that they should have known they would need, that's a second 90 visit, plus the part of course, so you're soon close to the cost of a new printer. And the small print protects them while offering no assurances at all to their customers, so good luck with that!
