        Waited over an hour saying they tried to ring me but didnt, then said I had to pay an extra 5 for re delivery, then went to collect it and it was a regular instead of a large.

        Ordered last week .. waited 2 hours for the food to be delivered. When it finally came it was all cold and pizza was squashed. Phoned them up and was told all they could do was offer us money off next time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt so ordered again tonight and was only offered 10% discount as the manager wasnt there to offer anything else. Agreed to order it anyway. Called them back a couple of minutes later to say we would collect it but the phone got put down on us as the woman on the phone spoke very poor English. When arriving at the store we were told our order was cancelled because the woman on the phone didnt know what we were saying when we simply asked to collect instead of deliver. Terrible service. Would. It order again.
