Took my 14 yr old son Dylan to get updated headshots for his portfolio. Stephen and Sue took their time to get to know Dylan and as a result, the photos show him looking relaxed and confident. They definitely knew how to bring out his personality! Highly recommend, wont use anyone else from now on.

I've recently been looking into some upgraded, more recent headshots in order to promote myself better as an actor and for use in my online presence. I was pleasantly surprised with the studio space and environment once I arrived; it's had some heavy investment and was a proper, professional set-up. The studio also features a clean, fresh and welcoming workspace with hospitality and service to match. I was warmly welcomed and my experience felt comfortable, laid back and I was looked after well by Stephen and Sue. We had a really friendly chat dipping into world affairs, our professional lives and the performing arts area before getting our game faces on and getting creative. There was a private space to change and clean up ready for the shoot and then it was time to let the dynamic duo visually mould me into shape. Stephen has had more than twenty years in the business and knew what he was after and what works; he gave good direction, had a continuous calm and collective demeanour and was a pleasure to work with. Sue assisted with the finer details and having fashion world knowledge she was looking at colour, tones, presentation and importantly the poses and physical adjustments. Backgrounds were interchanged depending on the outfits chosen and it was a great feeling once again for me to be back in front of a camera. I felt that Stephen has a sweet set-up with his studio and client base and is very versatile in his work and approach to clients. If youre after a fast, rushed, stressful, corporate-feeling and mad photo shoot go London, otherwise stick with Stephen Cain Photography for the more catered, personal approach.
