Cobra removed a dead rat from our kitchen. We had just moved into new house so they asked to see the loft spaces. They told us our loft spaces where all contaminated and needed insulation removed and problem dealing with I paid the 3000 for Removal of contaminated insulation (they only did part of this job as I found insulation that they left that was contaminated) I had to chase them to come back to remove this. Replacement of insulation and laying ( I had to chase them repeatedly for supply of this insulation) which they still have not laid or give me a date to do this as I was told they are too busy (not helpful in the middle of an energy crisis not having insulation) Sealing up entry points to the house (again I had to chase them to come back to do this) several times they never turned up . Loads of excuses. Eventually did it but the bare minimum. They still havent sealed up the loft spaces with wire mesh as quoted only the one hole outside. Re baiting our outside. 12 months pest control paid for I havent seen them in months. I have resorted to buying poison from Amazon and doing it myself. Overall disappointed. I believe they scared us as new home owners and assured us that they would look after us. In reality once we paid them after they removed the insulation they all but vanished and it has been a very unpleasant experience chasing them to finish the job which still is not finished. Cobra services are first class and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aeron is a very skilled and professional operator. From start to finish he explained everything and was always punctual with a smile on his face. I'd had a few other quotes and he couldn't be beaten on price! Thanks
