Emral House Nursing Home

Emral house is a very lovely well looked after care home.

I have nothing but good things to say about this nursing home. My dad has been there almost 2yrs now & he feels like it's a home from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and cosy, the home cooked food is good 5star rating & meets all dietary needs. The nurses/carers/staff are all brilliant with both my dad & my family. Such lovely friendly people . They all do an amazing job & work long hours, "Earths Angels" I call them. I know my dad gets the best care possible & that he is safe at Emeral house. They have events on for all the residents in the summer & winter & weekly activities too. I would reccomend this nursing home to everyone who requires support looking after there loved ones....

My mum is living at this nursing home .the carers are lovely .my mum dosnt get any money to buy anything, she never has toiletries or drinks for her room.never has a penny in her pocket when I take her out .can't have new clothes been asking for 14 months .they keep her in bed most days .she has no rights .she has been asking for flowers for husbands grave they don't get them .
