Dale and Dave have been great. They are knowledgeable and willing to help with choosing the right system and sorting out grants etc. I had them install a heat pump, hot water system and radiators in my holiday let. They also arranged some extra work to be done at the same time. They found an alternative system when the first heat pump didn't show up and fitted around our holiday let bookings to get the work done. I'd absolutely use them again. We are so glad that we chose Heat Source Energy Solutions to install our Air Source Heat Pump system. From the outset they have been a great company to work with, and were the most knowledgeable company that we had quotes from, giving us confidence is choosing them for our installation. Our prior research had led us to understand that we would need new radiators and pipework throughout the house, and Heat Source were the only company who advised us that this work was needed, further enhancing our confidence in them. Their quote was extremely competitive compared to the others we received, particularly as the others didn't quote for changing the pipework in the house. Dale and Dave kept us totally informed throughout the whole process, what to expect and when to expect it, and answered any questions we have had very quickly. The two installers were excellent, both very skilled at their job, and the quality of the work they did was excellent. The company's communication throughout has been excellent and we can highly recommend Heat Source Energy Solutions to anyone who is thinking of using their services. Dave and Dale were excellent throughout as were Kenny and the plumbers. They worked flexibly around our needs and have left us with a well fitted and pleasing system. They explained what needed explaining and were excellent throughout the install. I pull thoroughly recommend them to anyone else wanting a heat pump install.

Being 53 I find new technology a bit of a nightmare however my first contact Dave Richards managed to explain it to me so I could understand the system and heat pump fully. Both plumbers and electricians were on time and respectful of my property and tried not to leave me without any heating. My carpets were covered with plastic and dust sheets laid to protect my flooring. Dave Richards coordinated the trades man parts and equipment so worked flowed without any gaps. Once the system was installed Dale spent a good few hours checking the system and making sure I had heating and hot water and talking me though exactly how the system work. I'm extremely pleased with how everything was carried out and would highly recommend this company. There knowledge and expertise in this field is exceptional. Service: Heating system installation
