Fantastic customer service from Nigel!! Went in to get a quote to remove scratches from my car before selling. He gave me some fabulous advice that it likely wouldn't be worth the cost for what I'll get paid for the car. He removed some of the superficial marks for me using his own kit free of charge. Exceptional service from start to finish by Nigel and his team. First assessing damage, explaining the repair process and associated quote, and then working around my busy work schedule to look at suitable dates for the repair. The repair and colour match for an awkward colour (yellow/gold) is fantastic , you would never know there was any damage. Could not recommend more highly. Service: Body & Trim

Had to fix a crack in my car bumper and got recommendations about Nigel through Toyota Yaris Owners Facebook group. Nigel is brilliant, polite and straightforward, the work done was of great quality and the price quoted was two third less than what the dealer and other body repair shops quoted. I had to stay in a hotel as the shop was around 3 hours drive. Nigel dropped me back to the hotel the first day and made sure the work was completed on time for the next day.
