Tom demonstrated his trademark thorough and professional approach. He reviewed all of my current arrangements and explained the individual features of each. He pointed to the path by which a more value for money outcome might be achieved. A major element being the projected savings in Providers charges. These amounted to thousands of pounds over the estimated total period of the new arrangements. Although its very early days and a long term view must be taken, the performance of the funds he recommended investing in to date are extremely promising. I cant recommend Harken Financial highly enough

I met Tom, following redundancy. I needed help and clarity on the pension options available to me. I found Tom to be professional and friendly. I felt at ease with Tom and he helped me with all of my queries. Tom was clear in the information he provided to me, of the 'end to end' process involved, from the charging structure to the regulatory requirements that applied to the service he was providing to me (which extended to the personal data he collected from me.
