Heart of the Home

My company is allman builders Ltd I also have another which I have noneed to mention . I had a kitchen installed by heart of the home kitchens 15 month ago which my partner found ,with having companys in the building game I became fond of both Paul and Lisa and I thought it was right as they was very warming and felt safe spending so much money with them , after my kitchen installation I had issues with the build as 2 were got rid off after the work top provider had installed I noticed dull marks on my worktop s which has been to say the least testing and stressful especially in the world we are in now , I have had to deal with countless texts ,phone calls and visitors to our home which I did as a show home to showcase what my company does as a build, there suppliers supplier called to my home and told me it was the suppliers fault this has happened due to lack of protocol needed ,that they did not do I am now sueing heart of the home kitchens as I have had responses backtoday on 18th of the 6th 2021 blaming everything else bar there product I am appalled with what they said and lack of help Promisses all the time and nothing resolved ,after todays response I am fuming and feel the need to tell you about this . If you read this review please bear in mind this could happen to you and after spending 25 plus k on a kitchen I hope you do not have this situation that i am dealing with .my solicitor also agrees I write this .
