        Highly recommended martial art, JKD is for adults who want to build their skills and confidence if ever confronted with real world self protection situations. Sifu Carl Lewis will guide and train you to adopt the right mindset, teach you the appropriate tactics and work with you to develop the skills needed for self protection. Fantastic group of experienced instructors and students, great for conditioning both the body and mind.

What ever your looking for in martial arts, be it self defence, fitness or self discipline. Give Carl a bell to have a chat with and you will see how passionate he is about JKD and all other arts, including bush craft.
