        I am a client who had a case since 2015 due to a car accident and everything was taken care by Catrin Hughes who was very efficient and professional. Sadly after she left, we had the case taken by MATTHEW HUNT who does not respond, taking telephone calls, he is never available in the office and whenever you call they transfer you to the Chester branch who tells you that Matthew Hunt is not available because he maybe ill, maybe on leave or working from home. We are still waiting for the money the Court awarded to my daughter in June 2021 after having to chase myself the case and push for a hearing. he has been paid off course for a job he doesn't do at all. Please do not use their services, it is the worst mistake I did at the time.
