Do not go! We waited an hour and twenty five minutes whilst watching countless takeaway orders leaving the kitchen and at least four tables that arrived after us being served! Eventually a waiter realised and told us it would be two minutes! As if it would be two minutes so we left and had. A kebab on the way home! Goodbye I Jazz, we won't be coming back!

This was my first and last order with ijazz. For a treat I placed an order of 49 at 6.50pm and was given an estimated delivery time of 8.10 pm. I phoned at 8.30pm and was told the the food had left the restaurant at 8.20pm and would arrive in a few minutes. I phoned again at 8.40pm and was told the food would arrive in 15 minutes. I phoned again at 8.55pm and was told the food would be a few minutes. When it finally arrived at 9pm the majority of the food was cold after sitting in a car for 40 minutes, and the poppadoms had been crushed to crumbs. Very, very disappointing experience, 2 hours to receive a delivery is not acceptable. Food sitting in a car for 40 minutes is not acceptable or safe.
