Wynnstay Arms Wrexham by Marston's Inn

I have not stayed in this hotel, however I have recently used the vehicle electric chargers at the rear of the premises. The chargers were costly and I charged for approximately 40 min. 6 days later I got a fixed penalty ticket for 100 for not purchasing a parking ticked. When I have never parked. I appealed which was rejected with no explanation. Ive tried to get hold of the manager of the hotel for several days with no joy. Im deeply disappointed by what has happened and the subsequent lack of communication from the hotel. Id never stay in a hotel that has minimal morals to fine somebody for using the facilities that the hotel offer which I have paid for in full. Very sad !!!!!!

Safety: Our bathroom wasn't functional, bath/shower was dangerously slippy due to safety stickers in bath being in desperate need of replacement. Toilet pipe blocked so even after several flushes, solids would resurface.

You need to suss out on how to get to the carpark as the sat nav takes you to the front once you get there the carpark around the back it is an ok size but also used by the public , Warm welcome info given The room is in need of a good makeover, its the 1st marsons chain that is a tad disappointing as shown in the video of the room ,you see it as I see it ! The floor could do with a good hoovering too Bed was ok WiFi OK Shower was ok Breakfast not included The hotel is in the centre of Wrexham lots of walks and running locations close by . I didn't eat there the reason being I was going too but the floor and stairs to the top bar was very dirty kinda of off putting if that's dirty what the kitchen like !? 1st impressions like i guess! There's a few restaurants close by . This is the 2nd time staying here I probably would again just for the location.
