I purchased a 68 plate Fiesta ecoboost from this dealer in January 2023. Due to the cold weather, I did not use the air conditioning until early April 2003. When I did try to use it, there was no cool air whatsoever. I was aware that the aircon was not covered under the 3 month warranty, but thought it was possible that it might have been faulty when I bought the car. It turned out that the aircon condenser had been penetrated by a sharp object and due to the labour involved, replacing it would be very expensive. Fortunately, the Dealer Principal kindly offered to have the repair carried out free of charge as a goodwill gesture. This level of customer care is one that sadly, is not often seen these days. I can confidently recommend Evans Halshaw Wrexham as a great place to buy a car.
