        I placed a small order and they phoned the next day to say the delivery cost would be 12 extra as the delivery address was in Northern Ireland. There's no mention of this additional charge on the Delivery section of their website. The postage is calculated at checkout based on your postcode, and all Northern Irish postcodes start with BT so it wouldn't be hard to screen these out and advise of extra costs. Instead, on order it said delivery was 5.95 but then they phoned to say nope it's 12 extra (so presumably 17.95!?). The total value of the goods I was ordering was only 15.

        Ordered online. Always arrive quick but packaging really needs improving. Its like a bad Ebay experience with smelly cardboard and leaking water bottle for frozen.
