The shop owner was rude and refused to take the parcel because in his eyes was too big or was he avoiding lifting anything off his counter - kicking myself for not asking for their T&Cs when the parcel I was returning wasnt that big or heavy.
He asked me to find another shop which I did after driving around and the Post Office accepted it in Coedpoeth without any issues.
