        Tried ringing the wrexham number364639 was told via a recorded message that i couldn't leave a message to ring back later. I have been trying all afternoon to get through but still no answer. Does ring back later mean the following day, week, month or year ?.

        Just wanted 1 hour and 15 mins for them to answer the phone , to be told sorry they have no one available, please try later . Its about the 6th time I've had a long wait , but I decided to stick this one out, only to be cut off by them. Toattally unacceptable.
