Staff at the Cemetery are very helpful and they keep the Cemetery in good condition. It had a large grant a few years ago and as a result all of the paths were renewed and remedial works carried out. The Chapel of Rest situated at the Ruabon Road entrance has an information centre where you can find out informative on burials and locations of the grave. On one side of the Chapel is a War Memorial Cross commemorating those who died during both World Wars. On the other side is another War Memorial, this one commemorates the men from the free Polish Armed Forces who fought in the Second World War. Many of them passed away from wounds at Penley Hospital, a military Hospital a few miles from Wrexham. There are also many War graves throughout the grounds. One other feature of note is that an ancient Earthwork called Watts Dyke passes straight through the middle of the Cemetery. Whilst not as well known at Offa's Dyke it was an important boundary in the dark ages.

An extremely well maintained and manicured graveyard ,rather on the large size. The Chapel at the entrance is not used enough but is still an interesting design. Many people just come here and go for a walk. Lots of huge headstones . Puts a whole new meaning to keeping up with the Jones's . Not the best for carparking but I recommend a visit.

Came to find a particular grave a few months ago, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The grounds are well kept and paths were clear . Definitely will come back for a guided tour around
