Morrisons Cafe

Terrible service as others have put. Obviously reviews and complaints aren't being taken on board. Ordered simple food. Staff didn't warn us of a wait time and then after 30mins I asked for an update, only to be told it will likely be another 30mins as "we're busy". Poor communication and service. Understaffed and the staff that are on do not put in their share of any effort. This isn't the first time we've been and had a poor experience. I doubt we'll return.

Its a shame. This used to be one of the best cafes in Wrexham; now one of the worst. The foods mostly OK (and a decent vegan range) but the orders often arrive late, cold and wrong simply because there are too few staff and theyre working beyond their limits. Its not their fault: they do everything they can but management are clearly trying to save a few pennies by not having enough of them. Equipment such as coffee machines is also in a very bad way and often not working. The result is an awful experience for customers and staff alike. Poor management, nothing else. Vegetarian options: Decent vegan options.

Poor customer service. Staff walk past customers and clean tables and don't acknowledge people waiting. When we asked for cups we had to wait for 20 minutes so ended up using takeout cups. Only person who seemed to be working is the guy cooking.

Absolutely awful, I had a small breakfast, couldn't eat it, it was cold, over cooked or like it had been sitting on a hotplate all morning, the plate swimming in oil, it was tasteless and the food was basically inedible, I didn't even want to give it a star rating but had to so I could post the review

Waste of time, no all day breakfasts available at 1pm. 40 minute wait for any hot food whist the cafe is half empty, and the staff seem to think Im this is perfectly ok. No wonder its not full.
