        Every visit to this branch is a nightmare. Staff are rude and lazy. Queue for the cash machine so I went to the counter to pay in my money to be told they don't so that. Staff stood doing nothing while the customers do all their work through the ATM. Terrible qay to run a branch. Nothing like the telford branch where they do everything to help their customers get in and out as quickly as possible.

        I got into trouble with a transaction one night, it was almost 10Pm but when I rang I got someone to talk to me and he was so kind and helpful. They are definitely the best! Thank you nationwide.
